After over 15 years working in the housing industry, Aquilla’s owner and founder, Barry Nephin, believed there must be a better way to build homes and set out to do just that. Aquilla Homes believes in working closely with their customers to develop and build an exceptional custom home that is affordable and suits the needs and lifestyle of its owners.
