Apollo Gold Corporation was formed in June of 2002 as a result of an amalgamation of International Pursuit and Nevoro Gold Corporation. Apollo Gold is engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold from its various subsidiaries. Apollo currently operates in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Apollo operates the Montana Tunnels Mine in Montana which is a 50/50 joint venture with Elkhorn Tunnels, LLC. Current projects in the pipeline are our ‘‘Black Fox’’ development project in Canada and our exploration project in Mexico known as the ‘‘ Huizopa Project .’’ At this time Apollo's exploration and development focus is with the Black Fox Project and the Montana Tunnels Mine.
