If you are in "pain" it is an emergency. A broken bracket, band or appliance can wait. We still need you to call the office, even if it is the day before your regularly scheduled appointment. This allows us to schedule extra time to do the necessary repairs and is considerate to the next patient that we don't want to keep waiting. Please bring in all of the parts that fell off, broke or were removed. It also helps when you call us in advance if you are able to identify what part is broken or out of place.
