Owner of Bubbles Dog Spa, in Whistler, BC. originally from Australia, Louise has been a local Whistler resident since 2003. She trained in Vancouver under an award winning certified master dog groomer, Michele Grenkow and is passionate about all animals. "I grew up showing and racing endurance horses and was always surrounded with horses, dogs and cats, so I knew that I would eventually end up working with animals again. I decided to follow my heart and had the opportunity to open the dog grooming salon in Whistler. Dog grooming is very creative work, like creating art on a live canvas. Seeing the dogs leave the spa clean & fluffy with a new haircut provides instant satisfaction, they often look like completely different dogs and their owners are always delighted.
