We were very pleased with the service you gave . . . you were always there, and at short notice, to answer questions, give advice and lots of assurance. You showed us lots of alternatives (bet you don't get many people changing from a house with an apartment to a semi and then a townhouse!) without losing patience for our indecision. The mortgage consultant you referred us to also did a great job which helped ease things. As I told you once, I chose to go looking with you from the many agents I had met at show houses because you seemed friendly and approachable. Anyway thanks for all the help . . .
