It also doesn't hurt that we clean up after ourselves when the job is done!

Anckor Construction was founded in 2000 by Stephen Gies after he spent 25 years in the home building industry.

Over our years in business we have worked with hundreds of families in the Waterloo region and all of our projects are reflections on our clients' lifestyles and personalities. Each project is unique and therefore requires truly listening to our clients and what their dreams and goals are. We work closely with you to interpret your vision to create a custom renovation to suit your family's lifestyle …elegant, comfortable, great rooms, spacious gourmet kitchens, luxurious bedroom and master bathroom suites and open living spaces.
