Was founded in 1996 by Michael Chaho after completing his building technology training in the school of engineering at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Michael's existing knowledge of land development and subdivisions accents his technical training in construction to offer a vast array of services to his clients. AMMCAD believes building with pride and integrity will establish trust necessary to complete all projects to AMMCAD's and the client's satisfaction. At AMMCAD we only use reputable qualified sub-trades and suppliers with proven track record and involve you, the client in the decision making process to ensure your vision is fully realized within your time frame and budget. It is one thing to begin a job, quite another to see it through to a successful conclusion. We are proud of all of our projects and our clients are fully satisfied throughout the building process.
