AES has taken its decade of experience in training fund delivery and created differing levels of service to assist WorkBC ESCs with this program. Our Representatives are experts in related policy, understand risk mitigation and ease the workload of case managers to ensure that training clients are well served. Our models can be applied to training funds for EI attached individuals as well as JCP participants and BCEA clients. For example, we have created an information video for EI attached clients to view prior to continuing ESC meetings.

For over 20 years Amber Education Services Ltd has delivered services in the workforce development industry. We started out providing Entrepreneurship programs, branched into tourism, co-managed a resource centre and then in 2002, refocused our activities to take on the Community Coordinator contract for the Skill Development Employment Benefit. Over that time we had 3 offices serving Victoria through to Parksville and a staff upwards of 25.

Hello and welcome to Amber Education Services Ltd. We have been providing service in the workforce development sector for over 20 years. Currently we are subcontracted to assist in the delivery of two programs.

The Employment Program of BC includes assistance for eligible individuals to more readily return to work by first engaging in necessary training. We provide this service in Victoria, Saanich, Westshore, Sidney, the Gulf Islands, Cowichan, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Parksville, Courtenay, Campbell River, north to Port Hardy, Burnaby and Chilliwack. Sometimes people are challenged to secure work because they lack current certification that matches the opportunities that are available.
