Description

In 2012 we realized one of our longtime goals by successfully changing Ambaa Yoga to a not-for-profit yoga and wellness centre now called “Fondation Ambaa”. What this means is that all profits go straight back into the centre in the form of subsidies for classes. Our mission as a centre is to provide natural health care services to people of all types while fostering a community spirit. We specialize in offering group classes with small class sizes and therapeutic teachers.

With over 20 years of experience in dance and 7 years in teaching pilates, Lara’s dynamic approach to teaching provides her clients a versatile class.
