Allphase Clinical Research was incorporated on January 5, 2001 to provide services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, specifically related to the development of pharmaceutical products and devices. The company was founded with the mandate to provide reliable, consistent service at rates in line with disciplined corporate overhead, and driven by a desire to use the experience and ideas developed in the industry by reputable professionals to conduct clinical research more effectively. The essence of the corporate vision is that of a self-perpetuating business model whereby the quality of our work and reputation will attract reputable clients and employees. By keeping rates consistent with overhead and not charging "what the market will bear", the value created will develop an environment whereby Allphase Clinical Research will be the common sense solution for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. As a testament to this company vision, Allphase Clinical Research tripled its revenue and personnel in 2004 which was spurred entirely through repeat business and the addition of new clients by word of mouth. In anticipation of this growth, Allphase prepared a foundation for growth by investing in state of the art technology. Throughout 2003-2004, Allphase Clinical Research continued to expand with additional Project Managers, Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Operations Associates.
