On instructions from either an airline or its insurers we provide a complete claims handling service for both passenger and cargo claims. Our familiarity with airline practices and procedures, tariffs, terms and conditions of carriage and safety regulations enables us to provide an initial response to claims, make recommendations with respect to settlement and, if necessary, provide a full defence in subsequent litigation.

We provide strata property advice and services dealing with both strata governance issues and dispute resolution matters. Our clients are strata corporations, strata management companies and individual strata lot owners throughout British Columbia. We deal with residential strata corporations, mixed use strata corporations and those that are purely commercial.

Our strata lawyers are experienced in a broad range of issues that call for dispute resolution, including collecting strata fees, special levies and other amounts owing to the strata corporation, appointing administrators, allocating strata fees in unique circumstances, enforcing strata bylaws, resolving residential tenancy disputes and interpreting and enforcing agreements between a strata corporation and other parties.
