Pacific Resolutions is dedicated to helping people resolve conflicts and forge new relationships. We specialize in engaging adversaries in negotiations that overcome apparently intractable and highly conflicted situations particularly in the areas of land and water use and ownership, environmental protection, natural resource management and indigenous people's rights.

(1999-2000) Business Partners for Development is a consortium on international organizations dedicated to fostering constructive partnerships between civil society, governments and mining and oil and gas companies (BPD includes CARE, UK Aid, World Bank, several Min ing and Oil and Gas Companies).

(2002-Present) The BC Minister of Labour established a facilitated committee of special advisors under Section 3 of the Labour Relations Code to provide the Minister with informed, independent, well-researched, objective discussion, analysis and recommendations on fourteen issues.

Working with parties together and separately (in confidence) to ensure issues, interests and key information is clearly understood and the full range of options is considered.

Depending on the approaches to conflict resolution and negotiation that the various riparian interests adopt, the issues may be resolved in a mutually beneficial manner or they may become protracted and highly polarized.
