Alcoholics Anonymous has many A.A. members and service committees who are available to provide professionals with information about Alcoholics Anonymous. A.A. has a long history of cooperating but not affiliating with outside organizations and being available to provide A.A. meetings or information about A.A. upon request. For professionals working with people who have special needs we have A.A. material and literature in Braille, videos in American Sign Language, easy-to-read pamphlets, and much more.

Treatment Facilities Committee (TFC). Currently the Hamilton Treatment Facilities Committee runs A.A. meetings at hospitals, rehabilitation centres, treatment facilities, drop-in centres and other non-correctional facilities. We provide AA literature as required to these facilities. At your invitation, we can provide this service at your facility. Books & literature are also supplied. The Hamilton Co-operation with the Professional Community (CPC) Committee of Alcoholics Anonymous is seeking ways to contact professional people to set up programs and workshops that will increase knowledge and understanding of Alcoholics Anonymous. We provide information about where we are and what we can and cannot do. We believe that professionals are our best allies in getting the AA message to the still suffering alcoholic.
