Alberta Fancy Sausage Ltd. has been a producer of quality Beef
Jerky meat snacks for the past 28 years. We have an extensive distributor network here in Canada. We produce different flavours of Beef jerky for the domestic market under the brand name of
"Big Chief".
We are also producers of private label products for the domestic market.
Alberta Fancy Sausage Ltd. is a federally inspected plant with the HACCP food safety program in the final stages of completion.
We anticipate our HACCP designation to be complete by October
1998.
We are also members of the Alberta Food Processors Association.
