Alberta Animal Services has been in operation since 1988 and is located in the City of Red Deer. We provide Animal Care & Control for the City of Red Deer and several surrounding municipalities within Central Alberta.

Alberta Animal Services is also a full service domestic pet shelter, providing temporary homes for rescued and abandoned animals. Our experienced professional team takes pride in offering the best humane care when handling animals in our care. Boarding Services: Riverside Kennels offers a safe, controlled and happy boarding environment for your pet, and we are dedicated in presenting the highest possible standards of care during your pet's stay. We are proud to be a leading provider of cat and dog boarding to pet owners in Red Deer and surrounding areas. Our state of the art facility offers spacious indoor dog kennels and fully equipped outdoor dog runs. Cats enjoy a quiet cat room furnished individual or group cat condos. Along with overnight boarding we also provide day care services for both dogs and cats.
