At Air-Vac Services we provide a few options for property owners and stratas. IN SLAB DRYER VENT PROBLEMS: Sheet metal lined concrete ducts (usually 2"x12") are naturally cold. Hot, moist lint filled air passes through these ducts whenever the dryer is running. The air cools before reaching the outside and as a result the water vapor (condensation) and lint fibers fall out of the air and settle into the ductwork. If this lint gets wet then dries it turns into a substance similar to paper-mache.

Air-Vac Services Canada ltd. was founded in April of 1966. Starting out with one truck and one man to operate it, the Air-Vac vent cleaning service in the Lower Mainland was under way. Over the years Air-Vac has evolved from that one-man show to one of the largest HVAC system-cleaning contractors in the Greater Vancouver Regional District and Lower Mainland area.
