Josclyn has been directly involved in property management and marketing for over 20 years in British Guyana and Alberta, Canada. He has training with The Edmonton Real Estate Institute, Canadian Condominium Institute and is currently pursuing courses leading to the ACM designation.

Vonessa has been involved in Property Management for over 13 years, throughout Alberta. Over the last few years, Vonessa has been closely involved with the management of Single Family Units, Apartment Buildings and Condominium Complexes. She is well versed with the Residential Tenancy Act, collection of rental arrears, notices and supervision of contractors and resident managers. Vonessa also has extensive knowledge dealing with the Residential Dispute Resolution Service.
