Ashley is the voice behind the phone. She takes your calls and schedules the required service. Using her many years of customer service experience she is always providing timely service response and high quality customer service.

Chris is the newest member of the Aim team. He comes to us with 5 years of experience in the locksmithing field. He’s looking to broaden his knowledge & gain experience in other areas of the industry. He’s most excited to increase his knowledge about safes, and is the first one to volunteer to help with a safe move/relocation.

For over 25 years, Aim Lock and Safe has been providing everything you need- products and services- for your entrances and secure storage. We service all of Ontario.

This is why protection from disaster is one of the most important considerations to most of our customers- and it should be yours too.

Bill’s the ‘go to guy’ around here, providing both locksmithing and customer service to our clients. His passion for the latest and greatest technologies have kept Aim at the leading edge of locksmithing. His extensive knowledge in the field are a huge asset when it comes to both servicing customers, and training new staff.
