Aerosion Ltd.'s predecessor company Newtech Commercialization Ltd. was formed to bring a series of unique ideas of a Vancouver inventor E. J. Taylor-Smith to market. After Mr. Taylor-Smith death, the co-founders of the company, Jim and Russell Graham, continued to pursue technologies that offered distinct advantages to users. The Graham's, with the support of key investors, built a skilled team of engineers and managers to continue the inventive process. Ideas were transformed to plans, plans to prototypes and prototypes to productions models.
