Jason has worked as an appraiser in Vancouver for over 19 years, joining the Appraisal Institute in 1994 and receiving his CRA in 1998. His current appraisal firm, Aedis Appraisals Ltd. was launched in 2007.

We, as members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, are regarded and trusted throughout the Country for quality and accuracy. We provide real estate appraisals for a variety of consumer needs and specialize in appraisals and consulting for mortgage financing, marital settlements, estate valuations, legal matters and foreclosure / forced sale valuations.

Michael Leroux is a partner and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Law Practice Groups. His practice is solicitor-based with an emphasis on corporate and commercial real estate law, commercial business transactions, employee relocation and corporate matters. Michael has extensive experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in negotiating and completing commercial leases.
