Description

Westech Vac Systems Ltd. was founded in 1988 by Mr. Gary Battle, with a group of employees who had a combined experience of over 40 years in the vacuum truck industry. Many of those employees are still with us today, passing on their vast experiences to the new employees of our rapidly growing vacuum division. Today, Westech continues to grow and is the largest manufacturer of mobile vacuum systems in Canada as well as an industry leader in vacuum hydraulics technology.

Advance was founded in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1984 by a small group of investors including Doug Kee, Gerry van Wachem and Ray Hicton, who possessed extensive industry experience in trailer manufacturing and service operations. Advance quickly focused on those core elements essential in building a successful company. The vision of the founding partners was to build "state of the art" truck tanks and trailers.

Founded in 1994 by Mr. Patrick Dore, Lazer Inox began as a tank repair facility. Soon after, the organization evolved into a manufacturer of fine stainless steel equipment and began building a reputation for innovative products and caring about the needs of its customers and their drivers. In 1995, the first milk tank manufactured by Lazer Inox hit the roads of Quebec. Many more tanks and tank trailers followed as Lazer Inox began to penetrate the sanitary market and establish itself as a leader in fine edible transport equipment.

Since 1984, Advance Engineered Products Group has grown to become Canada’s premier manufacturer of tank trucks, trailers, and vacuum truck equipment. Driven by the principles of quality and continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing) processes, Advance strives to improve on those important principles to achieve unequalled value for our customers. The equipment we manufacture is built to work and it’s built to last – we don’t compromise on our quality, ever.

In 1997, the company expanded into the defense, oil & gas, power utility, and communications sectors. Through sound business practices, formal ISO quality assurance practices, and dedication to quality, on-time production, Dumur Industries continues to grow and expand its client base. Our highly trained and dedicated workforce of over 100 personnel keep pace with advanced technology to ensure our clients are offered the best manufacturing processes in the production of their high precision parts and assemblies.
