SKETCH is an inspiring working arts studio for street-involved youth to engage in the arts. Youth participating at SKETCH are invited to safely and creatively express themselves; build self-esteem and self-awareness; enhance job readiness, and develop leadership skills; participate in the life of their community and explore future options beyond the streets. ADOPT™ Apparel is proud to partner with SKETCH by offering opportunities for these artists to expose their creative arts to the merchandising world. Part of the ADOPT™ proceeds will be donated back into SKETCH to further enhance their programs. OCAD, Canada’s largest Art & Design University founded in 1876 and located in the vibrant city of Toronto, the cultural capital of Canada. It is an imaginative university that explores art and design practice through a diverse mixture of culture and discipline. Our sincere gratitude to OCAD for letting us photograph the 08/09 ADOPT™ winter collection within their premises. It set the perfect ambiance for our line that blend well with urbanity.
