Our customers deserve the best: that is why we provide brightly-lit, 24 hour monitored security and individually-alarmed units. All customers are provided with a personal security code, which enables them to have access to their storage unit at all times.

While we take extensive precautions to ensure your valuable property is kept safe there are always some risks in life. For your peace of mind we offer an insurance policy designed to provide coverage for unlikely events such as water damage, fire, smoke, theft, vandalism, earthquake or flood. We have designed a policy keeping our customers in mind to provide the most affordable prices available as well as the best possible coverage. Premiums are paid every month (when the rent is due).

We do not insure your goods while in storage. We suggest that you advise your insurance company when you place your belongings into storage. Your insurance company may provide you with a storage policy, or you can purchase separate insurance through our carrier.
