Kathryn Graham, Esq. is of counsel to the firm. Graham holds an International Relations BA from Mount Holyoke College and a JD from University of Connecticut. She has been a member of the Arizona State Bar for over 20 years and is also admitted to practice in Colorado. Graham is an accomplished attorney with broad range of expertise gained as a law firm partner, followed by positions as in-house counsel. Her practice for the last decade has focused on achieving federal and state regulatory compliance in the highly regulated money transmitter and money services industries.
