1. Our business focuses on IS/IT (Integrated system / Information Technology) such as business analysis for introduction of business system, of re-engineering of existing processes or creation of new processes, system and business user acceptance testing. All these services are provided in accordance to industry standard best practices for IS/IT development i.e. Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) and Customer Resource Management (CRM) Systems. The company will provide support services for the implementation of ERP and CRM system and/or the recommended changes and/or review of the requirements and processes to ensure adherence to the standards.

2. Another aspect of our business is offering Human Resources consulting to improve productivity, efficiency and employee morale. We offer customers with customized solutions to supplement existing human resources department based on our customers’ unique needs in the following fields:

Organizational development
Identify and recommend Training needs
Employee policy development and review. For example: harassment policy, employee guidelines, termination, hiring, contractors, etc.
Reorganization I.e. termination package

3. This part of the business offers Aboriginal policy development, analysis and recommendations on Aboriginal women, on and off-reserve Aboriginal issues.
