Sean brings more than 13 years of Supervisory and Management experience to ACMS, having owned one company and managed in two others. The most recent being a Calgary based Property Maintenance company offering services in landscaping and onsite maintenance, repair and renovation services. He also has been around aspects of condominium management helping with various odd jobs for over 10 years, along with taking the CCI 100 course.

Since its inception ACMS has rapidly evolved into one of the leading specialized condominium management firms in Calgary. ACMS employs a trained and qualified management team capable of responding to all condominium needs. The current portfolio consists of commercial warehouse developments, residential townhouses and high-rise complexes. The condominium managers employed with ACMS combine over 50 years of specialized management experience. We have no other outside interests in property management other than to provide professionals, responsive and personalized condominium management services.

Diane comes to ACMS with over 5 years of Management of 17 staff members in the service industry which has taught her about time management and customer service. She also has 3 years of apartment rentals which included leasing, collecting rental deposits and communications with Contractors, Owners and Tenants. Diane has past experience in the Insurance Industry as a Junior Underwriter.

Mike Deane was born in North Vancouver, BC, lived in the lower mainland most of his younger life and moved to Calgary in 1995 to be closer to the other half of his family. Mike has twelve years experience in the food industry and fifteen years experience in the construction industry. Working in these industries helped Mike understand the need for strong public relation skills. Mike went to CDI College of Business, Technology and Health Care where he received his diploma in Business Administrative Management with honors.
