Academy Mechanical Services Inc. was incorporated in December, 2000, as a direct result of the acquisition of Academy Mechanical Services Ltd. by existing management. Academy Mechanical Services Ltd. was incorporated in May, 1990, as a direct result of the acquisition of Fritz Plumbing and Heating and the subsequent merger with Academy Mechanical Plumbing and Heating Ltd. In 1992, Wally's Plumbing and Heating also merged with Academy Mechanical Services Ltd.
