Absolute Completion Technologies Ltd. ("ACT") is a Canadian based engineering, design and manufacturing company focused on the development, analysis, design and construction of down hole sand control and flow control technologies. ACT is a private company owned by the engineers, technologists and other specialists that work in the company, and deploy our technologies around the world every day. ACT was first formed in 2002 as Absolute Energy Solutions, and as Absolute we have been engaged since that time in providing a number of products and services internationally to the Oil and Gas Industry. Sand control has always been an integral part of our product offering, and the technologies and solutions that ACT has developed and commercialized are inventive and unique. More importantly they work! ACT was created in late 2007 when Absolute entered into an arrangement with Schlumberger, the world's largest oil field service company. Our goal is to effectively commercialize ACT's sand control technologies, broadening both technical and market application. Schlumberger has a minority interest position in ACT and exclusive distribution rights to these sand control products. Since 2002, Absolute, has essentially doubled its production of sand control products annually, achieving cumulative screen sales of over 600,000 ft.
