Lane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and he is registered as a Professional Engineer. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C. (License Number: 23895). Lane is also a member of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors - NACHI (Membership # 5011936). To be a successful property inspector it is necessary to acquire a broad range of construction and building related experience. Furthermore it is essential to continue gaining hands on experience. Lane has accumulated 22 years of experience on Construction projects, Project Management and Commercial, Industrial and Residential Property Inspections. Most importantly, it is necessary for the inspector to be able to communicate well, to enable the client to fully understand the nature and extent of the property deficiencies.
