to our 39th exciting season in Abbotsford! The Abbotsford Skating Club would like to extend a warm welcome to all our new members, and say "Welcome Back!" to all the returning members for our 2009/2010 winter season. We hope you will join us as we look forward to a season full of fun and great skating. Please check the display board in the lobby of MRC for important information regarding your Club and its members. This booklet is provided as a guide to help you understand our programs and provide important information regarding equipment, rules, and special dates. Our Executive - all volunteers - work very hard to provide the best possible programs and schedules for our skaters. Feel free to contact any Executive member or coach if you have any questions or concerns. Our club enjoys Gaming revenue from bingo time slots at Chances in Abbotsford. We need to be on-site in the role of "Ambassador" during our time slots (dates/times TBA) and volunteer workers will receive ice credits for each time they work. Abbotsford executive meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. The deadline for submissions to the executive meeting agenda is the Friday prior to that meeting. If you wish to purchase or sell skates or clothing, contact one of our Executive members to place a notice in the display case in the lobby of the MRC arena.
