Window Cleaning is how it all started, but for more than 25 years, A Glass Act Window Cleaning and Building Maintenance has been providing a wide range of cleaning services to residential homeowners, commercial/industrial, Co-op Housing, Strata’s and Senior Housing customers.

We specialize in cleaning and washing exterior building surfaces – acrylic and cement stucco, painted concrete, wood siding, brick and other synthetic stone, vinyl and aluminum siding, fabric and vinyl awnings, commercial sign cleaning.

If you are considering painting your home, we provide a preparatory cleaning, which will ensure that mildew and algae will not grow through the new paint.

A Glass Act Window Cleaners & Building Maintenance first started providing residential cleaning services in the Burnaby area of British Columbia in 1988. It wasn’t long before we expanded our services. Today you can see our work trucks throughout Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Lions Bay, Richmond, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, White Rock, Ladner, Tsawwassen etc.
