Audiotech's predecessor companies were founded in the 1980's to provide hearing care and related services to individuals in several B.C. communities. In 1997, management recognized the emergence of a tremendous opportunity to become a growth corporation of the highly fragmented hearing healthcare industry in North America. A dynamic management team was assembled and Audiotech's predecessor companies were merged with a junior capital pool company on the Alberta Stock Exchange (now part of the TSX-V) to gain access to public funding for expansion.

Audiotech Healthcare Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Canadian Hearing Care, will be opening a new full-service satellite hearing care clinic in Sorrento, B.C., on October 6, 2010. Sorrento is located about 33 kilometers west of Salmon Arm, B.C and 77 kilometers east of the city of Kamloops, B.C. Canadian Hearing Care Sorrento Clinic will service most of the outlying communities on the North West Arm of the Shuswap Lake, including Blind Bay, Eagle Bay, Notch Hill, Squilax, Lee Creek, Scotch Creek, Anglemont and Saint Ives.

Mr. Iadarola is the President and CEO of Audiotech Healthcare Corporation and its subsidiaries, American Hearing Care and Canadian Hearing Care. Mr. Iadarola has been involved in the management of Hearing and Audiology clinics since 1983 and Hearing and Balance clinics since 2005. He is responsible for ongoing business development, operational growth, corporate finance and acquisitions. Mr. Iadarola is also a director and on the audit commitee of Cassidy Gold Corporation. This company is publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr.

Mr. Robertson completed his undergraduate studies in business and accounting at Simon Fraser University in 1994. He served as an accountant and auditor with Price Waterhouse for roughly two years before opening his own small business accounting and tax consulting practice. Following the sale of his accounting practice, he founded a consulting company which provided research and business/finance consulting services to both private and public companies, and several investment publications.
