The late Mr. A. O. Wilson formed this company in 1945 following the war. Mr. Wilson brought with him many years of experience in the copper metal business, for which he supplied many of the copper brew kettles and distillation columns for the production of beer and spirits in Canada and eastern U.S.A. In the early to mid 1970s, a South African firm with strong ties to the Spirits and Wine business acquired one of our leading brewing corporations. They decided to commence a winery operation in Canada and approached Mr. Wilson with the idea of representing a South African company to handle much of the equipment that would be needed to build their new plants. A. O. Wilson then became involved in the wine business, and we still maintain a strong presence supplying this segment of the alcohol beverage industry. In 1982 Mr. A. O. Wilson passed away and his son, Ross Wilson, took over operations. With the millenium his son, Graham Wilson now runs operations. Graham represents the third generation of the Wilson family to be involved in running the corporation. A. O. Wilson Limited has always maintained a close liaison with its clients. We have purposely kept a small profile and provided a one-on-one type of business relationship with our clients. We have always made ourselves available to our clients whether it is to tackle a problem or deliver a product -- seven days a week if necessary. In 1997 we added a salesperson for the West Coast of Canada and the U.S.A., in order to create a close relationship with the growing number of small wineries in British Columbia. Mr. Hubert Oliver contacts the wineries from his home address in Kelowna, British Columbia. Kelowna is located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, and Mr. Oliver brings with him many years association with one of the original British Columbia wineries. He is a very well-respected individual within the industry and is proving to be a real asset for us.
