Andrew has worked within various levels of government and the private sector providing an array of workplace services. He has a detailed understanding of the context of both unionized and non-unionized environments for all employees and managers. Workplace assessments, investigations, executive coaching, targeted training, team facilitation and mediation are all part of the adaptive and flexible service delivery Andrew is able to provide to workplaces across Canada.

Sylvie Matteau For over 24 years Sylvie has been working with individuals and groups in addressing conflict constructively. An attorney with a Masters degree in international Law (McGill University), her work has taken her to international destinations over the years.

Jessica has extensive experience as a treaty negotiator in the British Columbia Treaty process. In addition to the role of negotiator at the table, Jessica provides analysis and advice with respect to negotiation strategy and approach. She also has experience working with First Nations on a variety of other projects including: capacity development, government to government relationships, self governance and lands analysis.

We provide advice on how to approach difficult meetings, how to improve communication style, how to give and accept critique and an array of other conflict conversations.

A busy instruction practice takes Jessica across Canada where she delivers training federally, provincially, municipally and in the private sector, focussing mainly on negotiation, effective communication, respectful workplace, facilitation and mediation. Jessica enjoys working with a diverse client base and tayloring courses to meet the individual needs of specific organizations.
