We engineer wood. Timber of low decorative, mechanical or economic value is transformed in our mills into products that serve as aesthetic and structural enhancements for the interior furnishing and construction industries. Technological advancements make it possible for us to overcome the inherent blemishes or short-comings in natural wood, while incorporating new and better functions. By means of engineering, the scope of services provided by timber has been vastly expanded.

Active in marketing our products, we provide information about the Trade Shows at which we exhibit so that you can come and visit us at our booth; the Magazines in which you will see our ads; the pertinent wood associations of which we are Members ; our Press Releases when we launch new products; News Articles that have been written about us and our products; and finally a selection of our many Awards and Certificates if that's the sort of information you like to read about.

Born in Vancouver, Angela has a Bachelor's Degree in French and Spanish from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts in Translation from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California. As part of her degree courses, she studied in Quebec City, Valencia, Madrid, and Geneva. Angela then moved to Brussels, Belgium and worked at the European Union for four years. She subsequently spent two years as Administrative Director of the International Encyclopaedia of Laws at the Law Faculty of a Dutch-speaking university in Belgium.
