Mr. McCracken is head of operations. Ken completed his studies at McGill University and has been involved in the industry for more than 15 years. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions for a large firm for over 9 years.

Mr. Miron has worked in the industry for more than 20 years and is co-owner of the company. He is responsible for maintaining beneficial long-term relationships with A&C customers and providers.

In his opinion, the greatest challenge that the industry faces is to succeed in adhering to regulatory requirements that govern pharmaceutical production in order to provide its customers with chemicals that meet the highest safety and compliance standards. These strict standards have forced Ken and his team to review all of their practices, including the selection of the people hired, compliance of laboratories, production techniques and storage techniques.
