Founded in 1984, MPC Circuits Inc. owns and operates a new specially designed facility for manufacturing printed circuit boards.

The firm's 1,400-m-facility houses some of the latest manufacturing equipment and systems. MPC Circuits recognizes that while the printed circuit board is frequently the key component of any electronic device, it is often the last component designed. At the same time, it is also the first component needed to assemble a product. A company goal is to ensure that customers do not have to wait for its circuit boards.

To help the company achieve this goal, a new photo-plotter and
CAM station, in combination with a 57,600 baud modern, allows
MPC Circuits to manufacture a client's boards the moment all pertinent information has been received. MPC's manufacturing and shift structure then enables multilayer prototype boards to be on its way back to the client within 48 hours and double-sided prototypes within 24 hours. Three, five, 10 and 15 day turnaround allows them to process higher volumes of boards at competitive prices.

Proprietary processing of duroids and Teflon PTFE substrates allows MPC to beat competition on price and delivery every time.
