We rigorously evaluate all candidates, to obtain a realistic understanding of their character, accomplishments and potential; thus determining their strengths and limitations as well as their overall suitability. Through reference verifications, we gather information on job performance, and can therefore formulate candid, objective appraisals.

Only after this careful screening will we present the most qualified candidates to the client.

But we don't stop there. We co-ordinate the initial interviews between the employer and the candidates, assist, as required, in establishing the terms of employment, and continue with follow up after the candidate has joined the firm.
