Since 1937, the company has offered a variety of services in the mechanical manufacturing sector. In the early eighties, François and André began to focus on heat exchangers. The Caron vision has passed from generation to generation, along with strong strategic decisions that have led to their expansion throughout Quebec and into the rest of Canada.

Jean Yves Caron, grandson of the founder, bought the company from his father and his uncle in 1998. Jean Yves quickly brought new resources to the company to aid its growth while respecting the fundamental values of its founders.
