    Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company and Fifth Town Productions are both divisions of Cressy Gourmet Investments which was incorporated in 2002. Construction on our facility began July 2007. We opened to the public in late June, 2008 and made our first batch of cheese at the dairy July 2nd, 2008.
